Account Terms

The Signature Stoves range is a line dedicated for showrooms only and is non-internet. We do not supply to any company that has an ecommerce site, even if the item is marked as POA. The range is designed for companies who supply their local area and often combining a sale with installation. Any company found to be breaking these terms, or selling the stoves on to ecommerce companies, will have their account terminated. Showcasing the stoves and our images on an information based website site is not a problem, however it must not be an ecommerce site. i.e. a site where customers can click a button and have the item delivered.

All sales are on a pro forma basis.

Delivery is usually just a couple of working days and will be charged at your local pallet rate.

The products have a 7-year guarantee – First communication from the customer should always be with the dealer, however we will often interject and deal with the customer direct if that is required. In the vast majority of cases, any issues can be resolved with the stove in situ. However, in the unlikely event that the stove will need replacing, we will send a new unit out to either the retailer or customer and collect the old unit once they have been switched. As a policy we do not cover the cost of installation, however we will always work with our clients and try to come to a fair resolution.
